To subscribe to the rental service, you need to go to your favorite DECATHLON store, to choose the product you want to rent and a salesperson will accompany you to activate the subscription. Keep in mind that to subscribe to this service you need to have a Decathlon account, a Visa or MasterCard, as well as a smartphone with an Internet connection.
When you sign up for a subscription, you commit to a minimum period (initial period) depending on the offer chosen. After this period, you can cancel at any time by returning your product before the monthly expiration date of your subscription at your Decathlon store. The subscription can only be canceled in the physical store, after having returned the product. You cannot cancel the product online.
Please note that if you return the product to the store the day after the monthly due date, you will have to pay the next monthly fee.
Finally, to cancel your subscription, you must be up to date with your payments.
No, currently the subscription can only be activated from the physical store always with a shop assistant's help.
