How does each type of rental work?
Find what you want to rent
Check availability and dates
- Check the stores where the product is available for rent
- Choose the dates you want to rent, the minimum term for a subscription is 3 months
Subscribe and collect your product at store
- Go to the store on to subscribe to the rental service with a seller. You'll need proof of address, your bank card and a smartphone to validate your contract.
Enjoy the sport!
- Enjoy your equipment during the desired period and practice freely your sport!
Return your product
- You can return your equipment to any Decathlon store at the end of your commitment period.

FAQ Rent by subscription
To subscribe to the rental service, you need to go to your favorite DECATHLON store, to choose the product you want to rent and a salesperson will accompany you to activate the subscription. Keep in mind that to subscribe to this service you need to have a Decathlon account, a Visa or MasterCard, as well as a smartphone with an Internet connection.
To subscribe to a DECATHLON product, you must have a smartphone (with 4G access or capable of connecting to the store's WIFI) to which a link will be sent to pay. In addition, you will have to bring a Visa or Mastercard card (no other cards are accepted), an identity document with a valid address (otherwise, you will be asked for proof of address less than 3 months old).
Once you have made the first payment of your subscription with your credit card, your subscription will automatically be validated and you will be able to leave the store with your subscribed product.
In order to make the subscription, the product needs to be available in-store, therefore you will enjoy your product as soon as the subscription starts.
