Decathlon is committed to making its digital services accessible in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), and in particular Article 13.

To this end, Decathlon is implementing the following strategy and actions:

  • The project to bring our digital products and services up to standards regarding digital accessibility was initiated in June 2021.
  • Every audit is accompanied by a report. A contact person has been identified to monitor the improvement process. An action plan with shared objectives is set up to improve the use of our tools.

  • In-store pickup: Book online and collect your ready-to-use equipment directly at the Decathlon store of your choice, at your selected date and time.
