Decathlon is committed to making its digital services accessible in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), and in particular Article 13.

To this end, Decathlon is implementing the following strategy and actions:

• The project to bring our digital products and services up to standards regarding digital accessibility was initiated in June 2021.
• Every audit is accompanied by a report. A contact person has been identified to monitor the improvement process. An action plan with shared objectives is set up to improve the use of our tools.
• We are currently working on a multi-year accessibility plan for 2026-2028, aimed at improving accessibility across all our tools. This plan is expected to be published in March 2026.
