Accidental damage coverage

What is covered

In case of accidental breakage, the insurance included in your subscription covers the following cases:

Repairable damage

All parts broken accidentally as well as labor are covered.

Irreparable product

Your product will be replaced as soon as possible.

What to do in case of damage
  • It is essential to report your accident to a teammate in the store before coming to the workshop.
  • Once the accident is reported, we advise you to make an appointment at our nearest workshop for better handling.

What is not included

Abnormal wear or vandalism

Deliberate damage, obvious vandalism, and non-compliance with conduct rules are not covered.
What is included in the maintenance and checkup
Don't repair your bike yourself, we take care of everything!

The maintenance of wear parts and your bike is covered for free in our workshop:

Tyres

Replacement of worn tyres and inner tubes.

Braking

Cables, housings, pads, discs, and levers.

Transmission

Chain, derailleur, cassette, and crankset.

Wheels & Adjustments

Wheel truing, complete safety adjustments.

Safety point checks

Functioning of the lights, braking efficiency, checking the tightness of moving parts.
