Your monthly rate is based on the minimum term you choose at the start and does not change later. In case of early return, the whole commitment fee is due.

Vary the angles of your bench's backrest for maximum results!

The 900 bench has been designed to have 7 different backrest angles so that you can work different muscle groups. The inclined position targets the upper pecs, while the declined position focuses on the lower pecs. The vertical position is for training your shoulders. - Bench press (0°) - Incline bench press at 15°, 30°, 45°, 60° - Military press at 80° - Declined bench press at -15° - Crunches. The sky's the limit!

2 seat angles for good form

Besides the 7 backrest angles, this bench has 2 seat angles. You can be horizontal for your bench presses, or you can tilt the backrest for sit-ups or for doing incline bench presses. The different seat options enable you to perform every movement without slipping and to protect your back by adopting the right posture.

Push your limits with this ultra-stable bench

The 900 weights bench has non-slip feet so that it will stay in place even when you're working with the maximum load and doing particularly intense sessions. The legs can be levelled to make up for uneven floors. Once you've set your bench up, it won't move at all. Unless you need to move it, that is.

A clever bench to make your workouts easier

To help you stay focused on the essentials, we've created a weights bench that's packed with clever features: - Thick, extremely comfortable foam. - A narrower backrest at the shoulder for good freedom of movement: it won't get in the way of your shoulder blades during your exercises. - The strength to take your weight and the weight that you're lifting (with a combined limit of 300 kg) - Castor wheels so that you can move it easily between exercises.

How to install your 900 weights bench

The 900 bench is delivered in parts and takes about 15 minutes to assemble. You can find the instructions on the Decathlon support website by clicking the banner at the bottom of the product page. If your floor is uneven, you can use the adjustable feet to level your 900 bench and keep it stable. If you need help, take a look at the assembly video on the product page!

Make your 900 bench last longer by taking good care of it

Finished your weights workout? Remember to wipe down the surface of your 900 bench with a damp cloth. This will clean the sweat off it and protect the coating. It's the same reason that you put a towel down on the machine or wear a T-shirt when working out.

Every part of the weights bench can be replaced

The 900 weights bench is strong and sturdy, and designed to last. But if the structure gets damaged or if the foam, coating and accessories wear out, you can replace them!
